Goal Setting

With purpose, passion and confidence, participants discover how to achieve their personal, educational, and professional goals. The workshop explores: creating a clear vision, maintaining focus, goal identification, overcoming obstacles and goal planning.

Public Speaking Skills for College Students

Learn how to communicate with confidence, enthusiasm and clarity and other effective public speaking techniques. Participants will learn how to develop and deliver attention-getting presentations.

Time Management for College Students

Discover how to prioritize and manage your time to reach your educational, personal and career goals. Learn effective time management strategies including prioritizing and setting goals. Participants will learn how to overcome time blockers, develop individualized schedules, develop better study skills and improve their grades. Manage your time, don't let time manage you.

The Sheila Madison & Associates Personal and Professional Development Scholarship is awarded to a full-time freshman, sophomore, junior or senior enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States.  Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or better.
 
The purpose of the scholarship is to encourage continuous personal and professional development.  The 2017 scholarship application will be available soon.
